Listen, I try to get to The Harn every now and then just to keep up on the latest exhibits.
And what’s new and unusual at The Harn never disappoints.

Just in time for the 100th anniversary of the surrealism movement comes a Harn exhibit featuring “more than 40 works by 30 artists. These range from canonical Surrealists such as Max Ernst, Salvador Dalí and René Magritte; to late twentieth- and twenty-first-century artists, such as Jerry Uelsmann and Celeste Roberge, who carried the energies of Surrealism into our contemporary moment.”
Surrealism is on display at The Harn through June 2.
But that’s not all.

You can also catch Metamorphosis: Reshaping Contemporary Art:
Artists in the exhibit “reimagine materials and techniques to tell new stories about history, location, and interpretation.”

Which is another way of saying that, sometimes, a giant ball of tin foil is much more than, um, a giant ball of tinfoil.
Listen, you can Metamorphose at The Harn through October, 2025.

As usual, words fail me when trying to describe what’s up at The Harn. You just have to go and see for yourself.

Just follow the signs and prepare to be captivated.

By life, the universe and everything.

With a healthy dose of the absurd.

Seriously, check it out.

You won’t be sorry.

Because it’s all happening right there.

At The Harn.
