Funny thing happened to me when I went to the Hipp on Sunday to interview some of the actors in “POTUS” the first play of The Hippodrome’s 51st season.

Wandering into the Hipp’s gallery I suddenly found myself caught up in the, um, colorful things that other people say. This complements of Savannah artist Panhandle Slim.

By all means, go to the Hipp for the plays. Go to the Hipp for the films.
But definitely go to the Hipp to catch Panhandle Slim’s take on the coolest things that the famous and near famous say.

You won’t be sorry.

Damn, I thought more than once. I wish I’d said that.
