What’s going on here?

I was out and about this morning taking a lot of photos for a forthcoming blog about the atrocious state of GNV’s sidewalks.

Then I came across this. At University and Main.

Unfortunately, this says a lot more about the state of our culture than the state of our sidewalks. More’s the pity.
